  • Supporter – a formal acknowledment of your organization is done, a banner or sign is displayed at a table in the exhibitor area and a linked logo appears on conference website and conference program. One complimentary registration.$500
  • Contributor- a formal acknowledment of your organization is done, your organization's banner or sign is displayed at a table with your materials and 1 representative in the exhibitor area and linked logo appears on conference website and conference program. Two complimentary registrations.$1,000
  • Sponsor- a formal acknowledment of your organization is done, your organization's banner or sign is displayed at a double-sized table with your materials and representatives in the exhibitor area, two complimentary conference registration and linked logo featured on conference website and conference program. Four complimentary registrations $2,500

Presentation abstracts are due by July 30, 2003. Presenters will be selected and notified by August 15, 2003. Presenters receive complimentary registration for the October 30th, 2003 conference.
