Comprehensive support services to stabilize, strengthen and/or unify children and families referred to MAPS by the state Department of Children & Families (DCF) due to child abuse or neglect. Services are provided in a linguistically and culturally competent manner to Brazilian, Cape Verdean, Portuguese and other Portuguese-speaking children and their families. The program is family-centered, home-based and community-focused.
