Silence does not protect us from the disease. HIV is a concern for all of us. What can you do about it? Break the silence— talk about HIV!
Here’s how to do it:
a. HIV Basics, including information on HIV Prevention. Click on this link to CDC to educate yourself on the basics about HIV/AIDS.
b. Talk about what you learn with your friends and other people that are important to you.
c. Get Tested
We provide complimentary outreach, education, risk reduction plans and referrals for HIV and sexually transmitted infections. Confidential free testing, counseling and other services are also available to Portuguese speakers throughout eastern Massachusetts as well as to Spanish-speaking men in the Framingham/Marlborough area. No referrals needed for these services.
Our Allston, Cambridge, Dorchester and Framingham offices are open from 9 am until 5 pm during the week for information and to schedule an appointment at your convenience. However, if you need to contact a health educator immediately, click here.
